Fairfax, VA Roofing Company
King's Roofing Company is a residential and small-commercial roofing contractor headquartered at 9220 Topaz Street in Fairfax, Virginia. We've been replacing, repairing, and maintaining roofs across the DC metro since 2010. Our crews handle asphalt shingles, standing-seam metal, synthetic and natural shake, slate, and flat-roof membrane systems. Every project carries a written 10-year workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty.
Where We Work
Our crews dispatch daily across the DC metro from our Fairfax base. Active service areas include all of Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William counties, plus Alexandria), the District of Columbia (all eight wards), and the Maryland I-270/I-495 inner suburbs (Montgomery County, parts of Prince George's County). Our 29 city pages list the specific neighborhoods, ZIPs, and recent projects in each area.

How We Run a Project
Step 1 (Inspection): we visit the property, walk the roof, run our 22-point inspection, and produce a written scope and itemized quote — at no charge and with no high-pressure follow-up.
Step 2 (Quote & Decision): you receive the quote in writing within 48 hours. We're available for questions, but we don't call you twice a week. Take your time, get other quotes, talk to your spouse. If we don't win the job, we don't win the job.
Step 3 (Schedule): once you sign, we put you on the schedule. Permits filed, material ordered, neighbors notified.
Step 4 (Install): 1–4 days on site depending on project scope. Crew foreman is your point of contact. Daily progress photos available on request.
Step 5 (Final Walk-Through): we walk the property with you, magnetically sweep for nails, hand over warranty paperwork, and schedule the post-install inspection if one is required by the jurisdiction.
Step 6 (Warranty Service): you have our office number for the next 10 years for warranty service. Most callbacks are resolved within 5 business days.
What Makes Our Work Different
We're a stable, locally-headquartered company — not a regional aggregator or a storm-chaser. The same office address, the same phone number, the same warranty desk has been here since 2010 and will be here when your warranty matters in 2034.
We use the same materials, same flashings, and same details on every job — there's no 'good, better, best' tier game where the cheap quote skips the ice-and-water shield. Our standard scope is the manufacturer's published best-practice scope, and our pricing reflects that.
We don't pay commissions to door-knockers and we don't run TV ads. Every dollar we don't spend on marketing goes into materials, crew pay, and warranty reserves. That's why our pricing tends to land in the middle of the local market while our scope and warranty are at the top.
What We Don't Do
We don't subcontract our roofing crews. Every crew on a King's Roofing job is on our payroll.
We don't run 'same-day-only' pricing or fake rebates. Our price is our price; valid for 30 days regardless of when you decide.
We don't waive insurance deductibles. That's fraud in Virginia, DC, and Maryland and we're not putting either of us at legal risk.
We don't take a deposit larger than what's needed to order materials (typically 25–35% of contract value). Final payment is due on completion.
