What Happens After the Call

We confirm an on-site inspection time within 1–7 days depending on urgency. Our senior inspector spends 45–90 minutes on your property (interior attic check + full roof walk + photo documentation). Within 24–48 hours after the inspection, you receive a written quote by email with itemized scope, materials list, and total price. No pressure follow-up; the quote is valid for 30 days.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The phone call, on-site inspection, written quote, and any insurance claim documentation are all at no cost. We make money when you hire us for the work — and only then.
How fast can you come out?
Active leak: same-day if called before noon, next-day otherwise. Storm damage inspection: within 72 hours. Planned replacement quote: 1–7 days depending on schedule.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps but isn't required for exterior-only inspections. If we need attic access, we'll need someone to let us in. We can also work directly with a property manager or family member.
What if you can't come to me?
We cover all of Northern Virginia, DC, and Montgomery County plus inner Prince George's County in Maryland. If you're outside our service area, we'll let you know on the call and refer you to a vetted local contractor where we can.
Do I need a credit card or deposit to book?
No. Booking the consultation and inspection requires nothing but your address and phone number.
Will you pressure me to sign on the spot?
