What Happens After the Call
We confirm an on-site inspection time within 1–7 days depending on urgency. Our senior inspector spends 45–90 minutes on your property (interior attic check + full roof walk + photo documentation). Within 24–48 hours after the inspection, you receive a written quote by email with itemized scope, materials list, and total price. No pressure follow-up; the quote is valid for 30 days.
